New Delhi, April 2: Over two lakh condoms, 17,000 toilet papers and free ice cream have been arranged for athletes and officials participating in the Commonwealth Games Gold Coast 2018 set to get underway from April 4.

Organisers in the eastern Australian coast have opted to keep the CWG village as safe and comfortable for the 6,600 officials

The condoms available equate to about 34 per person with an average use of over three per day over the period of the 11 days marquee tournament.

Reports also suggest the competitors can relax with virtual reality computer games, swim, lounge by a man-made waterfall, play the piano or sample the free lollies and ice cream along with 300 chefs that will preparing food including vegan, vegetarian, halal, gluten-free or lactose-free.
