West Indies on the other hand looked at home in this first encounter that we saw on Saturday. They did the early running and did it beautifully. Chris Gayle did not play in this match and yet their team looked a million bucks more often than not. The pitch was of course a belter and that always works in the favour of the batters who have little pressure when they start a new innings.

It is an important match for MS Dhoni who did look sharp for most of his innings yesterday. It is a bit unfortunate that he could not complete the process that he started so well. We will have to wait and see how both teams shape up in key moments. Remember this is a series decider and we have to look at some factors here. Firstly, how the bowlers attack will define which way this match goes.

The ground in Florida is not the biggest and the six hitting ability of the batsmen will come into play. Also one has to watch out for the fielding as that can make or break a game that is close between the two teams. West Indies will give everything, there is little doubt about that.

It is up to India now to do some work and make the sort of comeback that is going to tell us if they are able to stand up to the pressure of a match like this. No one thinks that this is just another match and it is rather a test of India against West Indies.

Our wait for this encounter is not going to be long. India of course will battle New Zealand next in Test cricket. One has to also watch out for some impact performances from India. Remember you always end up having more of an impact when you are going for it in a match like this.

One will say that one way or the other both teams are going to go for it. India will have their chances and they better grab them before it is too late. West Indies will give their best we think and picking wickets in the only way out for India. They have to put up a sharp fielding effort too.

Here is a look at the squads-
