Royal Challengers Bangalore have their work cut to try and win all the remaining matches so that they stay in contention for play-offs while Delhi Daredevils have almost missed the bus for next round and will now play party-popper to other teams. As both teams face each other we take a look at some of the duels that make this contest more exciting.
Yuvraj Singh vs Mohammad Shami
Yuvraj Singh announced his arrival in to the form with sensational innings against Rajasthan Royals and now will be keen to carry on the good work with the willow. Mohammad Shami has clearly struggled and that has hurt his side most. He has failed to pick wickets and keep run flow in control. How Yuvraj treats Shami will a battle to watch as latter will be looking find his rhythm back.
AB de Villiers vs Imran Tahir
Delhi Daredevils signed South African spinner Imran Tahir as replacement to injured fast bowler Coulter-Nile. Tahir played in game against Sunrisers Hyderabad but that was rain affected and he had just one over to bowl. He is expected to be playing against RCB and will be up against his compatriot AB de Villiers who is already on a roll.
Kevin Pietersen vs Yuzvendra Chahal
Kevin Pietersen promoted himself to opening in the last game and looked good for a while. After being left-out of England he has lot to prove (even if he believes he has nothing to) and show world what KP is capable of. Yuzvendra Chahal is the only positive thing in RCB bowling unit, he has scalped 11 wickets at an average of 18.90 and has a superb economy of 5.94. KP will be looking to target this young bloke if he survives initial few overs.
