Preity Zinta is one happy woman on this earth. The reasons are very obvious for the dimpled actress as her side Kings XI Punjab is reaching new heights with the passing match. Kings XI Punjab have been in red hot form with winning eight matches off the ten played. A brilliant eighty per cent winning record in the IPL 2014. But the icing on cake for the Kings XI Punjab has been the revelation of new talents for the side. First it was the Australian import Glenn Maxwell and South-African ‘Killer Miller’ David Miller. Then came Sandeep Sharma who brilliantly bowled for his side till he was torn apart by Sunrisers Hyderabad in form men David Warner and Naman Ojha to bowl the second most expensive over in the IPL history. But in the match KXIP found new heroes, Man of the Match Wriddhiman Saha who made blistering 54 runs. The other one was Manan Vohra, playing his first match for the side justified the franchise’s decision of retaining him apart from David Miller.
All eyes are mostly on Glenn Maxwell, David Miller and George Bailey when it comes to batting but watching these young lads play against the likes of Dale Steyn fearlessly brightens the hope of not only the franchise but also the future of national side. As for now if Kings XI Punjab keep performing the way they are no total is beyond reach for the Preity’s boys.
