An airplane with 72 people on board, including football players of team Chapecoense Real, from Brazil has crashed in Colombia. According to initial reports, the plan was on its way to Medellin’s international airport when it crashed. The aircraft had departed from Bolivia, said Medellin’s international airport.

The plane was reportedly carrying football players of team Chapecoense from Brazil. The Brazilian players were scheduled to play Copa Sudamericana finals against Atletico Nacional on Wednesday in Medellin. It is yet to be clear if there are any survivors. More details are awaited.
