With Virat Kohli being run out due to wrong calculation and Rohit Sharma following his steps, fans were forced to embrace the low performance of their beloved men in blue.  The visitors were 64 for three in 11 overs, needing 29 runs more to win when the crowd interrupted the proceedings and halted it for 29 minutes.

As they ended the eleventh over and proceeded for the drinks break parts of the crowd grew to become aggressive and began throwing plastic bottles towards the crowd. While the police tried to control the situation the match was stalled for 37 minutes. The match began shortly later only to be suspended again after merely two overs.
