Speculations were rife that the Bella Twins- Nikki Bell and Brie Bella will be back in action during the WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal Match, ahead of tonight’s WrestleMania in New Orleans. It would have been a great moment to see the Bella sisters fight it out in the arena. However, the Total Divas and Total Bellas stars have recently confirmed their roles for this year’s event.

For the uninitiated, the last time where the Bellas were seen competing was in the Royal Rumble. Actually, Nikki Bella was one of the two final women in the match, eventually being eliminated by Asuka, who will compete against Charlotte tonight for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. During the Royal Rumble, Nikki eliminated her sister Brie, but there are clearly no hard feelings as the Bellas arrived in New Orleans together ahead of WrestleMania.

Check out the video when the Bellas arrived at the WrestleMania:

All this is okay, but have you wondered what’s the reason behind the Bella twins attending WrestleMania as fans? Well, Sports Illustrated’s Justin Barrasso, took to Twitter to say that, as of this morning, the Bella sisters are merely going to be in attendance as fans, a line Nikki Bella’s fiance John Cena, has also said after failing to get a response from The Undertaker.

Have a look at the tweet here:

Though the excitement is high for Mania, there’s no doubt the Bellas bring their own unique star power to any event and, while claim to only be there at WrestleMania as fans, you can expect the impossible when it comes to WWE.

The Women’s Battle Royal’s confirmed participants are Bayley, Sasha Banks, Ruby Riott, Sarah Logan, Liv Morgan, Becky Lynch, Naomi, Natalya, Lana, Mickie James, Mandy Rose, Sony Deville and Dana Brooke. With a few slots left to be filled, is there’s a chance where we can see Nikki or Brie?
