Beat the Heat: How to make the coolest Coolers this summer (DIY)

With the heat beating down on us, these summer coolers are on top priority list to try at home. You can try making these simple yet refreshing drinks all on your own! Chilled homemade summer drinks are perhaps the only exciting thing in this dreary summer.

We share with you a video of Sarah and her friend making two awesome summer drinks; pineapple cooler and watermelon cooler.

Since pineapple is the sweetest juicy and delicious tropical fruit you should give it a try and make a drink with it. Pineapples are loaded with vitamins and minerals including vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, and potassium. They help to improve digestion.

And watermelon is the powerhouse of major benefits. It is free of fat and cholesterol, and contains vitamins such as A, C, E, D, B6, B12. It also contains minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, fluoride, selenium.

Never tried making summer coolers? You could totally do it yourself with minimum ingredients, as shown in the video. They also show how to make it more jazzy by putting in efforts to present it in a cooler way.
