July 30 : Dr. Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam was a man of many talents. He was a scientist, a teacher, a statesman, a scholar and also a writer. He has written many books on his vision about India and his autobiography ‘Wings of Fire’ has been included in school syllabi for students to emulate this extraordinary man’s extraordinary life. There are more than one reasons for us to believe that India has suffered a great loss after Dr. Kalam passed away late on Tuesday night after suffering a massive heart attack. This song written by him might just be one of the million such reasons.
