An OYO room
Ritesh Agarwal, CEO of OYO, said that the sale aims to encourage tourists and travelers to explore holiday destinations in India. The country is getting drenched in the Southwest monsoons right now, so taking a break away from the rains could be on many people’s minds right now. If you have a vacation or quick getaway cooked out, you could try booking these rooms. Agarwal said that the company’s hotels are all checked for hygiene and cleanliness, with features like complementary breakfasts and free WiFi available.
OYO has also worked with a partner to arrange and offer on-ground activities at five major destinations: Mussoorie, Amritsar, Nainital, Goa and Jaipur. In Mussoorie, it will be offering day trips to Bhatoli Village, a quaint little village with blue houses and corn cobs hanging from them, and warm, friendly residents. If you are in Amritsar, you will get the chance to go on a day trip to the famous Wagah Border, which should fire up the patriot in you. And in Nainital, OYO is planning treks to Tiffin Top, also known as Dorothy’s Seat, from which you get a 360-degree view of the Kumaon region and Nainital town. Other activities include a South Goa Exploration trip and a Heritage Food Walk if you are in Goa. NOW SEE: How to find cheap places to stay in India!
