Motorola has taken its third step into the Android world. After launching Moto G in the 10k plus range of smart phones with outstanding features and later went into the 20k market with the Moto X features smart phone that has some brilliant apps. This time they have entered the untapped market of budget android phones with the new Moto E.
Priced at INR 6,999, Moto E is here to give tough competition to other Indian Brands like Micromax and Kabon that have made budget phones their genre. Moto E has a 4.3-inch display with 960x540p resolution, making it the only smartphone offering a high quality display at this price point. The dual sim phone runs on the latest version of Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS, and Motorola has promised that it will upgrade the smartphone to the next major version of Android. The smartphone packs a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon 200 processor, with 1GB RAM and 4GB internal storage. Unlike Moto X and G, this phone supports microSD cards for storage expansion.
With a 5 MP camera and 3G support, this phone is sure to create a bang in the market. Like the previous two phones, this will also be available exclusively through the online portal Flipkart. India will be amongst the first set of markets that will be getting the Moto E. The phone is currently listed in Black and White variants on Flipkart. Other coloured panels are available separately as of now. The phone will be available from midnight on the site.
