There are lingering animosities among the girls after an argument breaks out during a boating trip. In an effort to relieve the tension, host Nina Davuluri decides to give the girls some perspective with a series of challenges based on charity and volunteering. The girls prepare care packages for the homeless and then distribute them on the streets of Hollywood. Later they help design a new ad campaign for the educational charity Pratham USA. After the challenges the drama continues, as the vote for the weekly winner ends in a tie. Which girl will come out on top?
