Col DPK Pillay
Col DPK Pillay is a war decorated veteran who is best remembered for his selfless act of saving children and reconciliation with insurgents in an encounter which nearly killed him. He served in National Security Council secretariat and also with international committee of Red Cross. He is currently a fellow at MP IDSA.
