The posters prepared by both BJP and RJD no doubt demean each other but at the same time show the creativity in unleashing this barrage of invectives.

BJP And RJD Poster War: With assembly elections due for five states later this year and the mega event, the Lok Sabha elections to follow in April-May next year (tentatively), both the ruling BJP-led NDA and the opposition’s I.N.D.I.A. alliance have drawn swords to make it a fight to the finish and the fragments of the high-octane battles are already loud, clear, and very much visible at least on the walls of Bihar’s capital Patna where Lalu Prasad Yadav’s Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and state’s opposition party the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) have started a “Poster War”.

Yes, you got it right, and the interesting part is that the brunt of the poster war is borne by the walls of Patna. A video is doing the rounds showing some of the most creative and innovative messages being drawn or pasted to attack each other in every possible manner and with the choicest of verses.

The posters are of course mud-slinging each other and targeting the biggest names in the political circle of the country right from Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.

Such posters have been put up in large numbers from Income Tax Golambar to the R Block intersection. Wherever RJD’s poster is there, BJP has also put up its poster there. One thing clear through this poster war is that it shows less talk of issues and more mutual fighting.
