Supaul Constituency, Bihar Lok Sabha Election 2024: Supaul is one of the 40 Lok Sabha Constituencies in Bihar and renowned for its significant influence in state politics. It became a separate district after being divided from Saharsa district. The previous general election in Supaul reflected the broader political landscape in Bihar, characterized by the dominance of JD(U) and the presence of strong opposition contenders.
The constituency will go for vote in Phase 3 on May 7.
As per the election commission, the results for the Supaul Lok Sabha Constituency Election 2024 will be declared 4th June.
Supaul Lok Sabha Constituency, Dileshwar Kamait from Janata Dal (United) is the prominent candidates. He also won the previous elections.
During the Lok Sabha elections of 2019, Dileshwar Kamait of JD(U) successfully secured the victory in Supaul Lok Sabha constituency. He received a total of 597,377 votes. His closest competitor, Ranjeet Ranjan from INC, fell short by a significant margin, earning only 330,524 votes. This led to a notably wide margin of victory for Dileshwar Kamait, who led by an impressive 266,853 votes.
