Bihar Lok Sabha Elections 2024: The political parties across the country were eagerly preparing and waiting for the general elections which were to be held in seven phases from April 19, 2024. Today, the country has reached the sixth phase of the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 during which, 58 constituencies across six states and two union territories are going for polling. As mentioned earlier, while addressing a rally in Bihar, PM Modi said that the constitution says that reservation must not be based on religion but RJD-Congress wants to give reservation to their vote bank on the basis of religion. Addressing a public gathering in Patliputra, Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi says, “Our constitution says that there will be no reservation based on religion in India. Babasaheb Ambedkar used to say that there would be no reservation based on religion…But RJD-Congress want to give reservation to their vote bank based on religion by ending the quota of SC/ST/OBC.”
