For the annual plan, you currently need to pay Rs 999, which works out to Rs 83 per month. The monthly plan is suitable for those who do not want to take the annual subscription and do not mind paying little extra on per month basis, as it is around Rs 46 costlier than the yearly plan.

The monthly subscription of Rs 129 monthly amount to more than Rs 1500 per annum.  You can go with the monthly plan if you are not sure about continuing the plan, as it offers you a chance to opt out after the monthly subscription gets over.

The Amazon Prime subscribers are offered free delivery and products are delivered within one or two -days of buying the product. It also offers the subscribers host of TV shows and movies. It has recently launched its music streaming service called Prime Music as a bundled offering to the Prime members.

Recently Airtel teamed up with Amazon India to offer one year of Amazon Prime membership with its Infinity postpaid plan. Airtel Postpaid customers – both new and existing – who have an Infinity plan of Rs 499 or more are able to avail one year Amazon Prime membership of Rs 999 value and unlimited access to Amazon Prime Video as part of their plan benefits, the statement said
