New Delhi: Amid mounting legal troubles, Reliance Group Managing Director Anil Ambani has finally received a piece of good news. According to the reports, Anil Ambani is about to make a mega deal overseas. This deal will bring Rs 1,000,000,000 into his bank account. The company’s shares have been continuously rising after the news came to the foray. In fact, Anil Ambani’s company has announced the sale of its Indonesian subsidiary companies. This deal will be completed for 12 million US dollars.
Since the news broke, Reliance Power’s shares have surged. Under this agreement, Reliance Power will receive 1.2 million dollars from the deal. Reliance Power’s net worth is ₹16,909 lakh, which will increase after this deal.

Anil Ambani’s company is set to make a deal with Biotruster (Singapore) Pvt. Ltd.
Under this deal, the company will sell its entire stake in six of its subsidiary companies in Indonesia.
The six companies involved in the deal are PT Avnish Coal Resources, PT Heramba Coal Resources, PT Sumukha Coal Services, PT Brian Bintang Tiga Energy, and PT Shrivijay Bintang Tiga Energy.
It is expected that this deal will be completed by December 2025.
Reliance Power was not earning any income from these companies, but their stake accounts for 0.53% of the company’s total net worth.
These companies are being acquired by Biotruster Private Limited. The deal will be worth 12 million dollars, which is approximately ₹100 crore.
The agreement will be signed between Reliance Power Netherlands B.V., Reliance Natural Resources (Singapore) Private Limited, and Biotruster (Singapore) Private Limited.
Anil Ambani primarily owns four major companies: Reliance Communications (RCOM), Reliance Capital (RCL), Reliance Energy (REL), and Reliance Natural Resources Limited (RNRL).
