On November 21, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit gave a confirmation and endorsed the decision of a lower district court and vacated a part of its previously issued judgement for revaluation.
It comes after a previous judgement stating that TCS had disclosed trade secrets to Indian stock exchanges in June 2024.
