New Delhi: Banks in most part of India will remain closed for 18 days March on account of various festivals, national as well as regional holidays. For the celebration of Holi on March 10, banks in some regions will remain closed for two-day, while some banks will have single day holiday to mark the festival. Besides, there will be eight national holidays i.e banks in all areas will remain closed on these dates and five regional holidays such as Gudhi Padwa / Ugadi in several southern and western states, and Sarhul in Jharkhand.
