The special Bharat Gaurav Train which left the New Jalpaiguri Junction at 10 AM today, will reach the Patna Junction at around 11:30 PM  tonight, and then move towards the Katra Railway station in Jammu and Kashmir, where it will arrive on June 26.

Bharat Gaurav Train: Great news for people planning to visit all the major spiritual destinations across North India as the Indian Railways will operate a special Bharat Gaurav Train from June 24 to July 2, 2024 from the New Jalpaiguri railway station in West Bengal. The special tourist train will cover four major Hindu religious sites, starting from the Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine in Jammu and Kashmir’s Katra and culminating at the recently-built grand Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.

The special Bharat Gaurav Train which left the New Jalpaiguri Junction at 10 AM today, will reach the Patna Junction at around 11:30 PM  tonight, and then move towards the Katra Railway station in Jammu and Kashmir, where it will arrive on June 26. It will then depart for Ayodhya, covering two other religious destinations, Mathura and Haridwar, before arriving at Ayodhya Cantonment Railway Station July 2, 2024.

Last month, the Northeast Frontier Railway operated a similar Bharat Gaurav Train which originated from Jalpaiguri on May 18 and covered major destinations like Mata Vaishno Devi, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Mathura, Vrindavan and Ayodhya across northern India.

The special train, operated by IRCTC, has 14 coaches, with nine 3-tier sleeper coaches,  3 AC-3 tier sleepers, and a single AC buffet car.
