Reliance Consumer Products Mega Plan In Other States

Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) is restructuring its FMCG business, consolidating all brands into a new entity called New Reliance Consumer Products Ltd (New RCPL).

This new entity will be a direct subsidiary of RIL and is expected to attract dedicated investors. RCPL wants to expand its distribution network across northern and western India, specifically targeting Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan.

The goal is to double its current reach from half a million outlets, which are primarily in southern states like Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka, along with parts of Maharashtra and Gujarat, to approximately one million outlets within a year.
