The Adani Group, in a move to boost the “Make in India” initiative, has announced the development of India’s largest “Skill and Employ” program. Partnering with Singapore’s ITE Education Services (ITEES), a global leader in technical training, the group has committed Rs 2,000 crore to create an industry-ready talent pool.
The programme will be conducted as per Gautam Adani’s philosophy that is “Service is devotion, service is prayer, and service is the ultimate form of spirituality”. The initiative includes establishing the world’s largest finishing school in Mundra, Gujarat, designed to train over 25,000 youth annually.

Gautam Adani, Chairman of the Adani Group, shared the news on X (formerly Twitter), “Delighted to announce one of India’s largest Skill & Employ initiatives! In partnership with Singapore’s ITEES, the global leader in technical training, the Adani Group is launching the world’s largest finishing school in Mundra.“
He added, “This state-of-the-art facility will blend AI-driven immersive learning with cutting-edge innovation centres, and annually train over 25,000 learners to help accelerate the Make in India movement.“

Adani Global Skills Academy
The finishing schools, named the Adani Global Skills Academy, aim to create a talent pool to meet industry demands in sectors like, Green Energy, Manufacturing, High-tech, Project Excellence and Industrial Design. The Adani family has pledged over Rs 2,000 crore to set up these international-standard schools.

According to NDTV report, Robin Bhaumik, CEO of Adani Skills & Education, said, “This partnership is pivotal in building advanced technical skills and demonstrates our commitment to the ‘Make in India’ mission. Through this collaboration, we will ensure academic quality assurance, certification-led learning pathways, faculty and student exchange programs, and leadership development. This initiative is a significant contribution towards building a ‘Viksit Bharat’ (Developed India).”
ITEES, known for pioneering advancements in technical education, has received several accolades, including the 2011 Singapore Quality Award.
