ACC Cement Q2 profit surges 460%: What comes as good news for the Adani Group is that one of its companies, ACC Cement, reported a 460 percent year-on-year profit growth in the second quarter of fiscal year 2025-26. The consolidated profit after tax (PAT) was Rs 1,119 crore in Q2 FY26. As per reports, the cement company’s revenue increased by 29.8 percent in the second quarter. The company, which is a major player in the cement market, reported revenue of Rs 5,896 crore. In the same quarter of FY25, its revenue stood at Rs 4,542 crore.
“The Company’s ‘Reimaginaction’ drive continues to bring positive traction across key value levers. This achievement reflects enhanced operational efficiency and a sharper customer-centric approach, supported by a focused transformation agenda, disciplined execution, wider accessibility of premium solutions driven by recent tax reforms, and rapid digital integration across the dealer, contractor and logistics ecosystem,” the company said in a statement.
The major increase in the second quarter was reported because of the net gain from the sale of land in Thane. Notably, the ACC Cement earned Rs 369.01 crore sale of land and other assets at its Thane facility. The major deal, which ended in April this year, the amount reflected in the second quarter of FY26.
ACC Cement’s operating EBITDA increased a whopping 94 percent to Rs 846 crore in Q2 FY26. In 2025, in the same quarter, the operating EBITDA was Rs 436 crore. Its EBITDA margin also showed an improvement of 14.3 percent from 9.4 percent on year on year basis.
The company’s revenue from cement and ancillary services surged 26 percent in the second quarter. The revenue from cement increased to Rs 5,519 crore in the second quarter, compared to Rs 4,373 crore in Q2 FY25.
Vinod Bahety, Whole-Time Director and CEO of ACC Limited, said that the quarter has been instrumental for the cement sector.
The Adani Group company’s revenue from the ready-mix concrete segment increased to Rs 453 crore in the second quarter. Last year it was Rs 289 crore. It means the company reported a 56 percent YoY growth.
ACC Cement’s sales volume increased to 10 million tonnes in the second quarter, compared with 8.6 million tonnes in Q2 FY26.
