The Indian stock market including the capital & the money markets  will remain closed today on account of Bakra Eid (Bakrid). Trading in the equity, derivatives, securities lending and borrowing (SLB), and currency derivative segments on bourses BSE and NSE, along with the forex market, will be closed today on June 17.

When Will Trading Be Available On Stock Market Again?

The Indian stock market will resume trading normally on Tuesday, June 18 at 9:15 am, following a fifteen-minute pre-opening session starting 9:00 am, according to the BSE and NSE websites.

Will MCX Be Closed Today?

Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) will be closed for the morning session. It will resume trading in the evening, which means trading will be available from 5 pm until 11:30/11:55 pm.

There won’t be anymore stock Market holidays in June after today’s (17th June) holiday. The next stock market holiday will fall on July 17 (Muharram).
