Kishin RK is the youngest billionaire of Singapore. He runs a real-estate empire along with his father. He is one of the few billionaires of the country who inherited family wealth. Kishin has a net worth of Rs 135751680000 ($1.6 billion) at the age of 41.
Although he has backing of his father’s business, Kishin has floated new ventures and also flourished the business of his father.
Kishin went to Anglo-Indian Chinese school and he was introduced to business at the age of 12. As per Tatler Asia, he started joining business meetings at the same age. He helped his father in buying his first apartment.
He earned a degree in business and joined his family business in 2003. After three years, he sold the 5000 sq-metres apartment to which his father had gifted him to raise funds for his venture, RB Capital.
Kishin RK ventured into real estate development instead of following his father’s business in readymade assets. He took on several projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and hotels.
The billionaire also explored opportunities in other fields, starting TiffinLabs in 2019 and expanding the business to countries like Thailand and Malaysia.
