Before joining Wipro, Menon held positions at leading organizations. She served as Director and National Head, Talent Acquisition at Deloitte India, driving strategic hiring initiatives. Her previous experience includes working with KPMG India, UNISAFE Fire Protection Specialist LLC, and Ernst & Young, making her a seasoned expert in recruitment and HR strategies.

Announcing her new position on LinkedIn, Menon expressed her excitement stating, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Global Head and Vice President – Talent Acquisition at Wipro.”

At Wipro, Menon’s responsibilities will include leading global talent acquisition initiatives, enhancing recruitment efficiency, building agile hiring frameworks, and ensuring alignment between talent strategies and Wipro’s long-term business goals.
