Women are no less than men, and they are standing shoulder to shoulder in every field of competition in India. There are many women entrepreneurs who have achieved success in their respective fields, and one such talent is Ahana Gautam.

Ahana Gautam is the founder of Open Secret, a healthy snack brand in India. 

She earned her chemical engineering degree from IIT Bombay and pursued an MBA from Harvard Business School in the United States (2014-2016). She worked at Procter & Gamble and General Mills but left her high-paying jobs to return to India and pursue her dreams.

After receiving financial support from her mother, Ahana founded Open Secret in 2019. She got the idea for her health food business from Whole Foods in the United States, where she developed an interest in the snacking industry. Her vision was to offer consumers an alternative to refined sugar and artificial colors by providing healthier snack options.

Her venture successfully generated a revenue of Rs 120 crore by 2023, reflecting Ahana’s passion, hard work, and dedication. Although the road to success was not easy, she overcame challenges with perseverance and the right strategies.

Ahana credits her success to her mother. She said, “Everything I am today is because of my mother.” She mentioned that her mother advised her to focus on education and always strive to be financially independent.
