Several ‘hello finance’ offers are available with the pre-booking including an easy EMI option at zero interest and zero processing fee starting at Rs 2,000. The phone comes with the option of four new mods including JBL SoundBoost 2, Moto TurboPower pack, Moto Gamepad, and Moto Style Shell with wireless charging. The pre-booking sale includes a 50 per cent discount on selet mods and free goodies including a free carbon style mod and custom metal bumper among other things. Motorola Moto Z2 Play also comes with 100GB of free Reliance Jio 4G data. The phone, that is a successor to the Moto Z, , and Moto Z Play smartphones that were launched last year, comes in two colours; Lunar Gray and Fine Gold.
The Moto Z2 Play includes a 5.5 Full HD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The phone is very light and weighs about 145 grammes, with an external dimension of 76.2 x 156.2 x 5.99 mm. It has a strong battery of 3,000mAh battery and is expected to last up to 30 hours. It also supports Motorola’s TurboPower charging technology.
The Moto Z2 Play is powered by an Octacore Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 processor with Adreno 506 GPU. Its Snapdragon 626 processor comes with 4GB R and 64GB ROM options. It uses the Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The phone’s expandable memory supports a 2TB microSD card.
The water-repellant smartphone boasts a 12 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera. the rear camera has a 1.4um dual autofocus, laser autofocus, and phase detection autofocus. The Moto Z2 Play supports nano-SIM cards and has inbuilt fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, proximity sensor, and ambient lighting. The phone also supports wireless charging via the new Moto Style Shell support wireless charging system.
