One such marvel is a revolutionary project connecting Mumbai and Dubai through a 2000-kilometre underwater rail link which promises to revolutionise travel between India and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), according to a report.

This underwater rail link will make the trains to achieve speeds in the excess of 600 km per hour to 1,000 km per hour. This will greatly cut down the travel time between Mumbai and Dubai to just two hours, reports Travel and Tour World.

Once operational, it will enhance trade relations between India and the UAE.

This rail link will address commercial part as well by providing faster and more efficient method for transporting goods such as crude oil from Dubai to India. According to the experts, this rail link will be completed by 2030.

This venture has been proposed by the National Advisor Bureau Limited of the UAE. It aims to reshape transportation infrastructure and offer a competitive alternative to air travel.
