Tata Motors has marked its return to Sri Lanka by launching an impressive range of passenger vehicles, including electric cars, in partnership with its sole authorized distributor in the country, DIMO. In a grand launch, Tata Motors unveiled a diverse lineup of SUVs, including the Punch, Nexon, and Curvv, along with its popular electric hatchback, the Tiago.ev. The company also showcased its future-ready electric vehicle range, featuring the Punch.ev, Nexon.ev, and Curvv.ev.

Yash Khandelwal, Head of International Business at Tata Passenger Electric Mobility, expressed the company’s enthusiasm for re-entering the Sri Lankan market. “We are excited to be here in Sri Lanka, marking a new chapter in our international business strategy. Tata Motors has undergone significant transformation over the years, and there is no better way to mark our return than with a new, game-changing product portfolio,” Khandelwal said.

To enhance the ownership experience, Tata Motors and DIMO are offering industry-leading warranties and support services like internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles with three years or 100,000 km manufacturer’s warranty.

Electric Vehicles (EVs) with three years or 125,000 km manufacturer’s warranty, with an extended eight-year or 165,000 km warranty covering the high-voltage battery and motor. It also gives 24/7 roadside assistance wherein customers can avail of free island-wide roadside assistance around the clock.
