When it comes to residential areas, Park View City in Islamabad is considered the most expensive. Buying property here is beyond the reach of the common man. According to media reports, a plot of 1000 square feet in this area starts at PKR 4.6 million (46 lakh).
Near the Gulberg area there is the Royal Palace, a massive 10-kanal property equipped with luxury features like a swimming pool, garage, theater, and gym. The estimated value of this palace is PKR 1.25 billion (125 crore).
Apart from Islamabad, cities like Lahore and Karachi also have high property values. The best housing societies in these cities include Bahria Town Karachi, Rudn Enclave, Blue World City, City Housing, and Admed Housing Lahore. These societies are home to Pakistan’s elite.
