New Delhi, July 20: Xiaomi is back with a bang with its 3rd Mi Anniversary sale that starts today i.e. July 20 and will last until tomorrow. The company is offering various blockbuster deals on Mi website, Amazon, and Flipkart to commemorate the company’s three-year journey in India. Under the sale, Xiaomi offered the new Mi Max 2 smartphone for the first time in India at Rs 16,999 along with three Redmi smartphones have also been made available in general sale. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 was first launched in May 2017 and was launched in India earlier this week.

The Mi Max 2 smartphone comes in only one variant and colour option which is Matte Black colour with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage which is expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB). The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 weighs 211 grams, and measures 174.1×88.7×7.6mm backed by a 5300mAh battery that supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 It is believed to deliver up to 57 hours of talk time, 18 hours of video playback time, and 31 days of standby time.

The smartphone comes with a Snapdragon 625 processor, 4GB RAM, 6.44-inch display, and a mammoth 5300mAh battery. Mi Max 2 smartphone went live on sale at 10.00 am on Thursday for the first time in India. The open sale for the Mi Max 2 smartphone will be from July 27 on all major e-commerce platforms, as well as offline stores. The company is also selling many products at Re 1 on both the days. Under its 3rd anniversary offer, the company is offering Re 1 flash sales for products like Redmi 4A, Redmi 4 smartphone, and bidding sales for Redmi Note 4.

Much to the happiness of buyers, Amazon, Mi.com, and Flipkart that are hosting the sale are all offering extra 5 percent cash back on SBI debit and credit cards during the sale period. It has to be noted that the maximum cashback is up to Rs. 500 on a minimum transaction of Rs. 8,000. It has been reported that all purchases on the Mi website will also get you Goibibo vouchers that will fetch up to Rs. 2,000 off on domestic hotel bookings. Xiaomi offered coupons ahead of the sale for customers to avail a discount of up to Rs. 500 on accessories bought from the Mi Store app.

During the two day sale period, Redmi 4, Redmi Note 4, and Redmi 4A smartphones will also be available for sale starting 12 PM on the Mi website. E-commerce majors Amazon India and Flipkart are also hosting the Redmi 4 and Redmi 4A sale on Thursday and Friday. Apart from the sale, Xiaomi is also offering up to Rs. 300 discount on its accessories as part of the Xiaomi Mi 3rd anniversary sale. The accessories include the Mi Capsule Earphones, Mi Headphones Comfort, Mi In-Ear Headphones Pro HD, Mi In-Ear Headphones Basic and more.
