The 10-year challenge craze that started recently, had a good number of Bollywood stars taking part too. Now it seems that even superstar Rajinikanth has joined the circus, albeit through his daughter. Soundarya Rajinikanth, the second daughter of the 2.0 star, took to her Twitter page to share photos of her father from three different years, and looking at them, it really seems like he has aged backwards.

Posting Rajinikanth’s photos from Baasha, Kabali and Petta under the 10 Year Challenge tag, Soundarya stated that her father was looking younger with every passing year. She wrote, “#10yearsChallenge or more!!!! Bring it on!!! Younger with every year!!! #MyDaddyStrongest!!!!!”

Rajinikanth is currently basking in the success of his recently released movie Petta, which was written and directed by Karthik Subbaraj and produced by Kalanithi Maran under his production studio Sun Pictures. The movie, which was released on January 10, 2019, is already heading towards Rs 200 crore at the global box office. It also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Trisha Krishnan and Vijay Sethupathy in pivotal roles, and marks the first-time collaboration of Rajinikanth and Karthik.

During the movie’s audio launch, Rajinikanth had said that Karthik directed him like a hardcore Rajinikanth fan, and he went on to describe it as a beautiful film best suited for a festival release.

“Karthik has a very different style of storytelling. He directed this film like a true Rajinikanth fan. Petta is an entertaining throwback to the kind of films I did in 1990s. Karthik has extracted from me the kind of work I used to perform three to four decades ago,” he had said.
