The September 11 terror attacks in New York, United States of America, shocked the world in 2001. The famous twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York were smashed to pieces by two passenger airplanes hijacked by Osama bin Laden’s Al-Qaeda terror group. Almost 5,000 people died in the first-of-is-kind attack, although the official figure is 3,000, as the landmark towers made of steel were brought down to ground by the impact.
The Pentagon building was also attacked with a plane on the same day, although some reports claim it wasn’t. On the 13th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks in New York, we share a special video with rare footage of reactions of bystanders outside the World Trade Center right after the attack. The first plane attacking the WTC, smoke, fire, people falling down from the towers or jumping down in a bid to save themselves – all this can be seen in this video.
Seeing the footage will send a chill down your spine even if you have seen enough of 9/11 videos. This footage is not suitable for children and people who are sentimental. General viewer discretion advised.
