Atishi Has to Watch Harry Potter As She Won Election | See AAP’s Funny Reply
As a first-time MLA, Atishi must be feeling the heat of public pressure in her constituency. But demands are soaring in the homefront as well.
New Delhi: Kalkaji’s new MLA Atishi has a curious problem now that she won the election with 52.28 per cent votes. She has to listen to her people and that starts at home. In a tweet accompanied by a screenshot from a Harry Potter movies, Atishit confessed that on Tuesday night she was not in the mood to watch a Harry Potter movie, but her niece was. And she had to watch it along with her niece as MLAs are supposed to listen to people.

The fun quotient was taken to another level when AAP’s official Twitter handle expressed its utter surprise at Atishi not wanting to watch a Harry Potter movie. It also wanted Atishi’s Netflix password evoking gags on social media.

With Delhi Assembly Election 2020, Atishi, an educationist who has been behind Delhi government’s education reforms, emerged as a public representative for the first time. In 2019, she contested the Lok Sabha election from East Delhi constituency but was defeated by cricketer-turned-politician Gautam Gambhir.
Well, she must be feeling the heat!
