The Daily Show star Trevor Noah, who is known for his funny antics and reaching out people’s funny bones, is under fire for his latest racist remark on the Indo-Pak tensions. His remark on the current situation has not gone down well with many netizens around the world and as a result, he has faced a backlash. His comment came as distasteful and has hit the sentiments of his some of the hard-core fans.

During a segment on the show, the South African comedian mocked the situation between India and Pakistan. He said, “It would be the most entertaining war ever.”

He further commented, “Hope Indian and Pakistan don’t go to war. But if they did go to war, it would probably be the most entertaining war of all time, yeah. Because the Indian Soldiers would run out on the battlefield and that’d be like – *Stereotypical Indian Accent* Time for you to die *sings in hindi* (auro ki life difficult kar tu). It will also be the longest war of all time. Another Dance Number!”

Disgusted by #trevornoah who thinks war is a form of entertainment when the repercussions negatively affect millions of people.”

Another Twitter user wrote, “Hey @Trevornoah u really should be ashamed of yourself for your stupid, racist and insensitive comments against Indian Army.”

After his comments, the segment went viral on social media. However, this is not the first time that he has been slammed for his dark humour. Earlier, he has faced criticism for his take on Pakistan PM Imran Khan and Oscar-winning Black Panther.
