Popular telly actress Deepika Singh, who rose to fame with Star Plus drama show Diya Aur Baati Hum recently gave birth to a baby boy on May 20 at 9 pm. The gorgeous diva got married to the director of the same telly show, Rohit Raj Goyal on May 2014. The proud father confirmed the good news to Times Of India and was quoted saying, “Both mother and baby are doing fine. We are thrilled and cannot express our happiness. Deepika has been asked to rest for now, and I think she needs it the most as she been so strong throughout.”

The mommy post her pregnancy is busy and currently shooting for her first web-series The Real Soulmate. The first episode of the series is already out, and the actress is back in action. In the web series, Deepika plays the role of a stubborn housewife who is not at all happy with her husband and often expresses dissatisfaction. Actor Samir Onkar plays the role of her husband in the web series. Samir was the production head in the shows including Bidaai and Tere Shehar Mein.

The Real Soulmate’s first episode kicks start with Samir who comes back home after a hectic day at work and rings the doorbell. But no one opens the door, and he opens the door with a spare key. He finds out that his wife is sitting on a couch enjoying a bowl of Maggi. He asks her about dinner and serves him the food, but Samir is not at all happy by seeing the food. He loses his calm and calls his mother-in-law. On the other side, husband and wife start accusing each other of all the problems they have between them.

Listening to their hilarious conversation, it is revealed that the couple has filed for a divorce and their six-month extension has also got over. Soon, Samir decides that he will give his wife divorce the next day. Deepika’s badass avatar in this web-series will surely leave her fans, followers absolutely amazed. The last episode of the show Diya Aur Baati Hum was aired on September 11, 2016, and the makers came up with the second season of the show Tu Sooraj Main Saanjh Piyaji which began airing on April 3, 2017. Deepika was not part of the second season and wanted to try something else. Soon, she decided to join hands with her husband in their web venture and explore herself as an actor.
