Ebola virus has taken toll of many in West Africa and continues to be with the deadly disease spreading to other parts of the world. The doctors dealing with the patient have been doing a tough job saving lives putting their own lives at stake.
The following video is of a nurse, Nina Pham, who is the first healthcare worker to get infected while volunteering. In the video, she is seen breaking down when her colleague says, “Thanks for getting well. Thanks for being part of the volunteer team to take care of our first patient.” The doctor then adds saying, ” It means a lot. Nina is being shifted to National Institute of Health’s Clinical Center in Maryland from Texas Health Presbyterian Dallas hospital on Thursday for further treatment and the video was released by the doctors in Texas Presbyterian hospital. The video was recorded by her treating physician, Dr. Gary Weinstein. Nina Pham at the hospital also released a statement thanking all her co-workers and family for their love and support during the tough time.
