However, Raina, not only kept it tight with his bowling but was up to the mark in the field as well. Also Read- New Zealand shock India by 47 runs in opener in Nagpur
In 12th over of New Zealand innings, Raina while fielding on his own bowling, dived and then rolled to stop the ball at non-strikers end and while doing all this he threw the ball on to the stumps. He was a bit imbalanced while doing this act but showed the presence of mind to run Ross Taylor out, who was short of the crease. At that stage, New Zealand lost their fourth wicket with just 61 on board.
Eventually, the second half of the match belonged to New Zealand, and they emerged as the victorious side. Kiwis defended a paltry score of 126 with spinners sharing nine wickets between them. Also Check- ICC T20 World Cup 2016 Schedule
