J. K. Rowling has been surprising her fans time and again with her random revelations of projects, her profound talent in screenplay writing and her incredible short stories on Pottermore. J. K. Rowling, who is addicted to twitter, decided to spill some beans on the social media site, once again. The renowned author was chatting with some fans as usual when she revealed that she is currently working on two new novels! In a response to a fan question on whether she is coming up with a new novel, the author revealed that she was working on one and had just taken a break from writing. While there are Potter-heads who are hoping to get books on Newt Scamander, the lead protagonist of the Fantastic Beasts movie series, the author confirmed that the character will only remain on the big screen and not in novels. The author went on to reveal that she is currently working on two new novels, one under her pseudo name Robert Galbraith and the other under her own name!
The topics of both these novels continue to be a mystery; however the Galbraith novel will be the fourth installment in her Cormoran Strike detective series. The last Galbraith novel, Career of Evil came out in 2015 and left the fans hanging at an extremely shocking twist. Rowling’s last book under her name was Casual Vacancy, a drastically different novel from the Harry Potter series!
