This Friday saw the release of YRF’s romantic action Kill Dil starring Ranveer Singh, Govinda, Parineeti Chopra and Ali Zafar. The movie’s trailer and songs have kept the movie in buzz throughout. However, the movie does not seem to have lived upto the expectations of everyone and the average Box office opening for Kill Dil kind of proved the same. Critics offered mixed reviews, while some liked the movie others found it satisfactory. The audience on the other hand seem to be rather too impressed by the movie. The youth were in all praises for the Govinda and Ranveer Singh starrer, while the senior crowd didn’t look as impressed. Kill Dil looked indeed promising for several reasons, and one of it being come back of Govinda in a negative role. The other cast of the film are equally potential enough and gave impressive performances in the trailers and the video song.
Directed by Shaad Ali and produced by Aditya Chopra, Kill Dil hit the theatres on November 14, 2014. The plot of the movie revolves around two abandoned north Indian killers Dev (Ranveer Singh) and Tutu (Ali Zafar), who are sheltered by Bhaiyaji (Govinda). Bhaiyaji nurtures the boys and trains them to kill. The movie gets a twist with the entry of Disha (Parineeti Chopra).
