Hot, happening and intelligent, the young three-film old star Sidharth Malhotra talked his heart out in the latest episode of Look Who’s Talking with Niranjan Iyengar. The Student Of The Year actor was looking fabulous in a violet blazer and regular T-shirt and jeans. The Ek Villain hottie spoke about his “fairy tale” type life, which started off as an assistant director for Karan Johar’s My Name Is Khan and moved towards starring in three back-to-back blockbuster movies.
As a child, Sidharth never thought of becoming an actor or shifting to a new town all alone without having his family along. However, he gives half the credit of his success to destiny, which has made him what he is today, he believes. With a regular upbringing, the south Delhi boy was a more of an athletic child. Sidharth also revealed how strict his parents were with regards to studies, which never actually interested him.
It is not that for this handsome dude success was a cakewalk in the industry – he too has had his share of lows. His first taste of failure was when Anubhav Sinha, who had promised to launch Sidharth, didn’t actually start the project.
Sidharth also revealed how with time he has lost touch with some of his really good friends with his progressing and busy career. He was also too much awed by the attention he got post the success of his first release Student Of The Year.
Sidharth who had locked lips with his co-stars in all his three films said that kissing is only a technical thing and requires a lot of takes to get the scene right. He also talked of linkups with co-stars on the show, and also of what he is looking for in the love of his life.
