Mumbai has been paralysed yet again, with water-logging in various parts of the city’s suburbs. There are huge traffic jams on roads with people being stuck in their cars, cabs or BEST buses. The Central and Harbour line trains have been disrupted and are running up to 30 minutes late between Thane to Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) or Panvel to CST.
