Narendra Modi said that India is a nation which believes in the theory of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ which means that the world is one family.

Hitting back at Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Narendra Modi said, “We are ready for serious bilateral talks with Pakistan in peaceful atmosphere, but without the shadow of terrorism. It is up to them (Pakistan) to create a peaceful atmosphere and then come forward for bilateral talks.”

In his brief speech, Narendra Modi stressed on Yoga; mentioning it as a medium between health and nature. Modi said, “We should think about celebrating an International Yoga Day.” Modi further added that Yoga is not only a way of relaxing, but a connecting link between oneself and nature.
