Actress Neha Dhupia recently gave birth to a beautiful baby girl and is enjoying her motherhood. She has broken stereotypes in her own way and many times proved that she is a boss lady. Lately, the actress slammed an article for commenting on her post-pregnancy weight. She gave a brilliant reply saying that fat-shaming should be stopped for everyone. Neha further added that for her, fitness is more important than fitting into society’s standards.
Neha took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and wrote, “I don’t owe anyone an explanation because fat shaming like this doesn’t bother me a bit. But I do want to address it as a larger problem because fat shaming needs to stop for everyone not just celebs. As a new mom I want to be fit, healthy and energetic for my daughter. So, I work out every day, sometime twice a day because of me.. ‘Fitness’ is a priority and not fitting into society’s standards regarding looks. And I hope in the future people are kinder to each other while making such vapid and vile comments.”

As soon as Neha posted the tweet, people on social media applauded her. This is not the first time as she has always spoken her heart out. A couple of days back; she talked about #MeToo and said, “That is extremely legitimate that women should be strong enough to say back off. I don’t think that breed of men should exist who actually want to exploit women. Women shouldn’t be brought to the point of saying back off. That shouldn’t exist in our culture or our society.”
On the professional front, Neha is seen as the gang leader of the MTV reality show Roadies’ Real Heroes with rapper Raftaar and Prince Narula. She also played a pivotal role in Lust Stories.
