The wait is finally over. After teasing the audiences with posters, Instagram stories and glimpses, Anushka Sharma’s upcoming film Pari’s trailer is finally out. And as expected, it has scared the daylights out of most people who have watched it. Though the trailer does not give away much of the story, it is evident that Anushka Sharma has taken the Hindi cinema’s horror films several notches higher. From the acting and look to the setting, everything seems perfect. ‘It is not a fairy tale’ is what all the previous teasers of the film have proclaimed. After watching this, we are pretty sure it isn’t! Fans are loving the trailers and have taken to Twitter to express their views. Some thanked Anushka for releasing the trailer during the day, while others were happy that an A-List Bollywood actor is finally acting in a horror film.

Pari, produced by Anushka and her brother Karnesh Sharma’s Clean Slate Films, KriArj Entertainment and Kyta Productions, and will release on March 2. The film also features Bengali actor Parambrata Chatterjee, Rajat Kapoor and Ritabhari Chakraborty in important roles. Besides Pari, Anushka Sharma will next be seen in Zero alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. She also has a cameo in Dutt, and will star alondside Varun Dhawan in Sui Dhaaga, with Diljit Dosanjh in Kaneda and will reportedly act in Shekhar Kapur’s Paani.
