What is with BBC and Boobs? Remember, BBC news anchor Ben Brown was caught live on TV groping a woman’s breasts. While that incident is fresh in our memories, there comes another red-faced moment for the channel as they accidentally played a ‘porn video’ live. In quite an unexplainable and embarrassing situation of elephantine proportions, an X-Rated video played on the screen behind as presenter Sophie Raworth was anchoring the News at Ten. The scene straight out of an adult video showed the girl performs a striptease of sorts as she removed her bra to go completely topless in live BBC News Broadcast.

The Internet is full of funny news anchor bloopers, but the most recent one by BBC definitely walks away with the trophy. Sophie Raworth was presenting the news about England Cricket Team’s emphatic win over South Africa in the four-match Test series by 3-1 at the News at Ten show. Everything seemed routine, but something was out of place as viewers tweeted BBC of whether they are playing a porn video in the background.

A closer look behind the anchor showed that indeed a raunchy scene of a sexy bare-chested woman was played on the computer screen. While an unaware Sophie Raworth continued to read out the news, the sultry footage was viewed by 3.8 million viewers of the show. The clip showed a man wearing headphones watching the lewd sexy act which showed a woman ditching her jumpers than removing her black bra to go stark naked waist and above.

The Twitterverse instantly started ringing out the messages pointing out that pornographic content was played and viewed on air by BBC. A user wrote, “@BBCNews why is there a porn video playing behind one of your news anchors during a report?” Another commented, “Did I just see boobs on the News at Ten?” Meanwhile, according to the Independent reports, a source was quoted reportedly saying to The Sun, “This has gone down like a lead balloon at the BBC. It is totally unprofessional.” The BBC have currently said to be investigating the situation, before adding, “We are establishing the facts.” (Edited By: Rashmi Mishra).
