When asked why he gives provocative statements about other leaders, Raj Thackeray said, “I never start giving such kind of comments. I comment after their statements and I always say the truth.” Talking about violent way to protest against toll tax Raj Thackeray said, “I am not against toll tax but against how government is implementing toll tax. When asked that BJP president Rajnath Singh comments about his support Raj Thackeray said, “My support is for Narendra Modi, not for Rajnath Singh or BJP”.

When asked that why Raj Thackeray and his party target migrants of UP, Bihar and Jharkhand, he said, “We should not feel proud when people from other states come to Maharashtra because it shows that other states are lacking in regards of developments. If Narendra Modi becomes PM, I would request him to focus on those states first.”

“A call can bring Uddhav and me together”

Even before splitting from Shiv Sena there was huge rivalry between Raj Thackeray and Uddhav Thackeray which is still going on. But Raj Thackeray indicates that they can be together if Uddhav Thackeray wants then just make a call and it might bring us together.”
