Earlier, she has shared her pictures in a self check yellow dress. In the photo, she can be seen chilling on a kitchen countertop with her hair on the sideways. She is also seen holding a wine glass and posing with swag in the picture. Mouni captioned the pictures as, “Afternoons ; delirious, quiet …Anybody know a poetry on afternoons? I can’t think of one !”
Recently, she took the internet by storm in a beautiful chikankari and mirror work lehenga in the off-white colour. She completed her look with matching Afghani chand balis, kohled eyes, and nude makeup. She kept her hair open with soft curls.
Mouni Roy rose to fame with Ekta Kapoor’s show Naagin. She will be next seen in Brahmastra alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. In the film, she will be playing the role of a villain and we can’t wait to watch it. In an interview, she talked about her role to PTI and said, “I am playing the main villain in the film. I am really looking forward to it. What is more liberating for me is playing different characters that challenges me. I was surprised initially that they wanted me to play the villain. Ayan Mukerji (director) had seen something from Naagin and felt I could play the villain. So you never know what clicks with whom. As an actor, you should be willing to experiment and be versatile otherwise you can’t learn and grow.”
